Sangria

·  1/2 apple, cored, skin on, chopped into small pieces - (2.99 lb)

·  1/2 orange, rind on, sliced into small pieces, large seeds removed (plus more for garnish)  (2.99 lb)

·    1 bag of LYNQ beaute (4 tsps) - $14.99 

·  1 box of blueberries - $5.99

·  3-4 Tbsp (41-55 g) organic brown sugar (or 3 Tbsp (37.5 g) organic cane sugar)

·  3/4 cup (180 ml) orange juice, plus more to taste (orange juice (concentrate) 

·  1/3 cup (80 ml) brandy, plus more to taste

·  1 750 ml bottle dry Spanish red wine*

·  Ice to chill (~1 cup)

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe avocados   - Small Hass Avocado 1 for 2.99 or 2 for $ 4.99 

• Juice from half of a lemon (about 1 Tbsp)    -   $3.99

•1/4 onion, finely chopped - Yellow Onions -  2 lb Bag $ 1.99  

• A handful of cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato), diced (Cherry Tomatoes on the vine - $8.99
